The First Real Estate Association a.s. corporation (FREA a.s.) operates based upon an independent association of professionals in the field of real estate, mainly investors in development projects, real estate fund representatives, architect, economists, tax advisors as well as layers specializing in Czech business, real estate and construction law.
The Czech Republic has gone through vast development, transformation and changes during the past decades. These impulses have also had a profound effect on the local real estate market, be it due to new laws and their amendments, the creation of new bills of law, changes in regulations and taxation as well as the enactments of a new Civil Code.
The real estate market in the Czech Republic is changing more rapidly, with many circumstances having an influence on these changes. External factors from abroad are also affecting the local real estate market. These facts stand behind the motivation of forming the FREA association.
At the birth of this project was an idea to link professionals engaged in real estate and related subjects, in order to provide comprehensive services in the construction and trade sectors. The initial investment within the FREA association comprised of dozens of hours of work, particularly interviews with a large number of professionals, which were carefully chosen. The next step was to analyze the references and specific criteria that lead to the screening process for the creation of our team of cooperating partners. The wealth of ideas, past projects, experience and personal enthusiasm became the basis for the establishment of the FREA association.
FREA association provides its services to customers in the Czech Republic and abroad. We offer business opportunities to purchase from our projects and real estate portfolios. We specialize mainly in Prague and other major cities in the Czech Republic, as well as commercial opportunities across the country. We also provide investors with the service of identifying business opportunities, as well as managing and implementing specific business plans.
